I capture personality through photography. I love to relay a story through the photograph a peek into part of a person you possibly didn't see before. People need to see for themselves how special they are and I pray my photographs are always able to pull out the treasures from within.

My niece was visiting from California, and I realized we had nothing to do at that moment and I wanted more practice with doing children photography. I also have finally started to find the freedom to edit as if I were painting a picture, with my own touch. I didn't recognize that I had been holding back thinking I needed my photos to follow the "rules" of other's opinions, or other photography teachers who had taught me differently. So this was officially my first editing session where I really did it all according to how I like it, not how I "should" be doing it. :) It was so much fun!
